◆SaaS business (Marketing SaaS)
Our "Navicast series” provided the very first EFO (entry form optimization) service ("Form Assist") in Japan. It now takes up 65.5% share in the financial industry market with over 5,000 forms introduced. Our "ProTech ID Checker", an identity authentication service, is also being widely introduced in the financial and many other industries.

◆Advertising and Media Business
We provide "bitWare", a mobile news media with more than 500 million monthly views, as well as two other web media, "Finance Lab." with financial information and "ARVO" with women's lifestyle information.

◆DX support development (cloud serviced integration)
We support the DX (Digital Transformation) promotion and new business creation by combining our EFO development know-how cultivated over 10 years in the SaaS business with the business know-how of leading companies in various fields. We are also expanding our SES (system engineering service) business, which provides comprehensive support for website maintenance, operation and improvement.

◆Investment Business
　We operate "SmartPitch," a matching platform service that connects start-ups with project companies and investors via video streaming, and now more than 170 start-ups have registered so far. We also invest in start-ups and projects in the Internet and mobile service fields with unique technologies and operational know-hows.

In order to further expand our DX business, we are actively seeking for M&A with SES and system development companies especially in the fields of;
・System development and operation of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) , web development with PHP, JAVAScript, TypeScript, Java, etc.
・App development for iOS and Android, development with Swift.
・Companies with approx. 20 to 50 engineers.
